JCWI no longer operates 2nd tier telephone advice line for the contract holders of the Legal Services Commission(LSC). This service is provided by a new service provider. For further information about this please contact the LSC on

JCWI Casework:

Currently JCWI employs one part-time case worker and are therefore not in a position to take on new cases.

The Immigration Advisory Service:

Operates a fee paying telephone advice service providing a 20 minute advice session. The service is suitable for people who require one off general advice on immigration matters. The cost to users is £30.00 for a one off 20 minute session (equivalent to £1.50 per minute).
