Free Legal Advice

JCWI offers free legal advice on immigration, nationality and asylum matters to immigration law professionals and private individuals.

We regret to announce that for the time being we are unable to sustain our telephone advice line to the public at large due to shortage of financial resources. Therefore our advice line (020 7251 8706) for the public is closed for the time being. As soon as financial resources allow we will endeavour to open the advice line again.

However, we are continuing to run our second tier telephone advice line to practitioners who hold legal aid contracts of the Legal Services Commission (LSC) on immigration, nationality, asylum law and policies under our contract with the LSC.

This advice line is open to the legal aid contract holders from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on a dedicated telephone line, 0845 602 1020.
