Stacked multi-ethnic handsJCWI is a leading organisation in the fight to defend the rights of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. JCWI continues to lobby and campaign for a human-rights based approach to immigration and asylum law and practice.

JCWI continues to be an important resource for people working in the field of immigration, nationality, human rights and refugee law and policy.

JCWI is one of the few organsiations that have never sought nor accepted central government funding. This enables us to be truly independent and unrestricted in our work and we can be completely free from any government influence. By becoming a member with us you can help JCWI remain an independent voice. Your membership will also help us to strengthen our ability to effect change in policy and practice in this field.
