Additional to the campaign and lobbying work that JCWI is engaged in, JCWI has written a number of articles for various journals and JCWI's own bulletin.
These articles discuss JCWI's concerns with current legislation surrounding immigration, nationality and refugee law and policy and serve to inform other organisations/individuals about the potential impact of proposed changes. Topics have included the Government's new Citizenship proposals, the UK Borders Act and the suggested 'Special Immigration Status' proposal outlined in the Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill.
