JCWI's responses to the Government's new scheme for British citizenship

British passportThe recently enacted Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 introduces a number of changes in relation to acquisition of British Citizenship. Prior to the introduction of this Act, JCWI responded to a number of consultations which dealt with the Government's new 'Earned Citizenship' proposals. See our responses below.
