Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 Consultation
The proposed rules for the Upper Tribunal
Early next year the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal will be subsumed into the two tiered Unified Tribunal system. This system is presently responsible for hearing a variety of different appeals in other areas of law. The Tribunals Service issued a consultation on about amending the rules of procedure that will apply in the case of immigration and asylum appeals.
