Immigration Rules

JCWI's briefing on the statement of changes in the immigration rules

Decisions regarding immigration and asylum law are all governed by UKBA's Immigration Rules. These rules are modified according to policy changes and JCWI responds to these changes when we are concerned that the changes conflict with the UK's international human rights obligations and the principles that underpin human rights law. We also aim to incorporate the concerns that migrants inform us about with regards to how the changes directly affect them.
