Draft (partial) Immigration and Citizenship Bill

The Draft (partial) Immigration and Citizenship Bill did not progress through the House of Lords or Commons Stages, instead the Government released the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill 2009. The Goverment have now stated that they intend to release a complete Draft Simplification Bill which is expected to be released in August 2009.
