Current Publications

JCWI issues a number of publications. Our main one being JCWI's 2006 Handbook which covers immigration, nationality and refugee law. JCWI have also issued electronic updates (see below) to update certain chapters of the 2006 Handbook. JCWI do intend to issue an updated Handbook but are unable to offer a time scale regarding this, owing to recent Bills passing through Parliament which will change legislation. See our policy section for more information on these changes.

We also issue smaller pamplets relating to the policy/campaign work that we conduct.

Additionally, we issue quarterly bulletins which cover topical issues relating to immigration and nationality, as well as recent case law. These are available for purchase or are free to members. Click here to find out more about JCWI's membership.

To order any of the publications listed above download our PUBLICATIONS ORDER FORM (PDF) (WORD)
