Casework Supervising Solicitor

Part-time - 3 days a week)
Salary: Currently full-time equivalent: 33,777 to £37,323 pro rata
(including London Weighting)
Location: Central London

Closing date: 15 Sept 2008

You will advise and assist marginalised migrants and refugees in their complex immigration and nationality issues and in turn enhance your experience and knowledge in this field.

You will be responsible for JCWI's advice and casework and will play a key role in development and implementation of a fresh casework strategy for the organisation. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and occupy a senior professional role within the organisation.

If you are a 3 year qualified solicitor with the LSC accreditation in immigration work and thoroughly versed in the legal issues affecting migrants and refugees you are welcome to apply.
