Course Levels

Basic: no prior knowledge required

Intermediate: assumes a basic degree of knowledge of immigration law

Advanced: assumes a good legal understanding of immigration, asylum and human rights law

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

All courses are accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. However please note only some of the courses are regulated by the Bar Standards Board. The latter will have a STAR (*) next to the title.

Certificate of Attendance

Delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion of a course. This will be sent to you within two weeks of the end of the course.

Training Materials

All our training courses come with a comprehensive high quality and up-to-date training pack which can also be used as an easy reference guide by participants.

Subsidy Scheme

JCWI is keen to assist community-based organisations with their training needs. However presently we do not have any funding to subsidise places on our training scheme. Should future funding become available this will be advertised on this website.
