Objectives
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- understand the main rules, concessions and polices that affect marriage and relationships akin to marriage
- identify issues to be taken into account when advising on a marriage, civil partnership and unmarried partners application
- analyse the possible implications of making a marriage application
- consider the use of EEA law in the making of marriage applications
