Objectives

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • understand the main rules, concessions and polices that affect marriage and relationships akin to marriage
  • identify issues to be taken into account when advising on a marriage, civil partnership and unmarried partners application
  • analyse the possible implications of making a marriage application
  • consider the use of EEA law in the making of marriage applications
