OISC Level 2 Skills Workshop

Putting your client’s case at its highest.

This course is for those at or nearly at OISC Level 2. This is a skills course, so it will be presumed you have a good basic understanding of UK immigration law and practice. We will look at how to use your knowledge to add real value to your client’s cases.

The course focusses on:

Interviewing skills – i.e. getting the best from your client

Drafting techniques (statements, letters of representation, grounds of appeal) – i.e. how to put your client’s case at its compelling best

We will use case studies, and practical exercises to bring to life these key skills. By the end of the day, we are confident that you will have a better understanding of how to get the very best from your client, and how to draft impressive legal documents in support of your client’s case.
