Come along and celebrate some of the successes we've all had over the past year, in making the positive case for migration, at our Summer Party on 10 July. All profits from the evening will go to help us protect the legal rights of migrants and to advocate for a fair and just immigration system.

The evening starts at 6pm and runs till 10.30pm at the oasis that is Calthorpe Community Gardens, in the heart of the Kings Cross/Clerkenwell area. We'll have delicious veggie curry and make-your-own pizza (included in the ticket price), and there will be a bar serving drinks. JCWI members will receive a free drink with any ticket - so if you've been looking for an excuse to join, here it is!

Raffle prizes include dinner for two at The Fat Bear in St Paul's, and a copy of this prize-winning illustration, London is the place for me.

Music comes courtesy of the wonderfully named Permission to Appeal, a jazz band with a long history in human rights, featuring musicians such as Chris Esdaile of Redress, and Mike Roberts and Peter Hopper of Leigh Day.

Children very welcome, there is an outdoor play area and a creche and other activities to be confirmed closer to the time.
