Hannah is an award-winning business director with over 14 years experience in advertising and marketing. Her career began in PR and then integrated marketing before focusing on digital initiatives in 2011. She helped high profile brands such as Netflix, Heinz, Net-a-Porter, Ben & Jerry’s and Lego to launch globally and has led award-winning campaigns for Jaguar, Expedia and Redbull before turning her focus to the third sector five years ago after speaking at the General Assembly in NYC as part of her work for the UN National Happiness Day campaign.

At Blue State, Hannah leads the EMEA team across government (Cabinet Office, Home Office), advocacy (World Food Program, WaterAid) and international NGOs (UNICEF, Plan International, The UN Refugee Agency). Since joining Blue State she has played a pivotal role in growing the agency three fold and securing multi-year global contracts with the United Nations (for UNHCR, UNOPs and UNICEF) helping  to build global teams and operating models to deliver initiatives in over 10 languages, 122 countries and 25 currencies.

In 2020 Hannah was awarded as part of Management Today's 35 under 35 - she is a co-opted member of Blood Cancer UK where she forms part of their Transformation Committee. She has a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in English Language and Theatre Studies from the University of Birmingham UK and has completed executive education at the Cambridge Judge Business School, Cass business School and International NGO management from NCVO. She was shortlisted for CIPR’s Communicator of the Year Award and has spoken about social media, disinformation and the spread of fake news and the desire for change in regulation at industry events including Social Media Week, BIMA Lectures and Marketing Week.
