Home Office U-turn offers hope on visa fees

Following a successful challenge in the Upper Tribunal by JCWI and others, the Home Office has agreed to change its policy on who is eligible for a fee waiver when applying for entry clearance.  This should make it much easier for those unable to afford huge visa fees to reunite with their families in the UK.
