Pal Luthra Before taking early retirement in 2014, Pal was a public and voluntary sector manager with considerable experience in operational management of services, people management, performance management, initiating and managing change, reviewing, realigning and developing services, and relationship management. Pal has served as a board trustee of many voluntary sector organisations including Child Poverty Action Group, JCWI, Camden Community Relations Council, Hackney Race Equality Council, Single Homeless Project, London Voluntary Sector Council and Wealden Citizen Advice. He is a member of the Hastings Community of Sanctuary, Hastings Supports Refugees Group, East Sussex Freedom from Torture Supporters Group and Amnesty International UK. Pal has a BA (hons) in Social Science from Middlesex Polytechnic, and an MA in Urban Regeneration from Westminster University. He is a fully qualified Level 7 Executive Coach and has a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
