Unfortunately, due to sustained cuts to Legal Aid, we are unable to provide free advice to everybody who needs it. However, if you are comfortable paying some or all of the cost of your advice, we are able to take on a small number of private clients.

The fee structure below is for guide purposes only, and does not include the cost of application fees, which must be paid to the Home Office directly as part of the application process. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process applications once they are submitted, but you can see a guide to their current processing times here.

Our experienced fee earners will discuss the facts of your particular case, consider the complexity and documentation involved and tailor the price accordingly, in consultation with you. Where you are financially eligible and your matter is in scope, you will be advised of the availability of legal aid where

Price Guide 2018-2019 Fixed Fees

1-hour no-obligation consultation

£125 - if we are subsequently instructed to make an application on a fixed-fee basis, we will deduct the price of this initial consultation from the fixed fee

Entry clearance applications - this includes applications to come to the UK to join a family member, including for refugee family reunion
£1000 per applicant

In-country applications to the Home Office, including:

  • initial applications for leave to remain,
  • applications for confirmation of status,
  • applications for extensions of leave
  • applications for settlement

£1000 per applicant (the same price applies whether you apply under the immigration rules, or as an EEA national or family member of an EEA national)

Preparation of and representation at an immigration appeal before the First Tier Tribunal (inclusive of counsel fees)
